Cancellation Policy

Read our Cancellation Policy. By registering, you agree to the Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less a $25 admin fee

• Cancellations received from 7-13 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund

• Cancellations within 0-6 days of the event will not receive a refund

Why do we have this cancellation policy?

The 2 weeks leading up to an event is an extremely important time for planning and preparation. We pair participants with the most appropriate coach and create lists of emergency contacts and medical information for each participant. When someone cancels we not only must take the time to find someone to fill their spot, but we must also adjust all the previously mentioned planning documents. When a cancellation occurs just days before the event, it is almost impossible for us to fill the spot because of all the preparation involved. This whole process is to ensure our events provide the highest quality learning experience, in a safe environment, for all our participants.

Gear Checklist

Read our Gear Checklist. By registering, you agree to arrive for the event prepared

1. A well-tuned mountain bike. Please visit your local bike shop to make sure everything is tuned and ready. For most of our events, we suggest a dual suspension cross country or all-mountain bike for a more comfortable ride, but front suspension only bikes work fine also. We do have some mountain bikes available for rent! Please contact Sam asap to secure a rental for an event.

2. A pair of flat pedals for use with flat-soled shoes. They will make it easier to learn and practice. If you are very comfortable getting in and out of clipless pedals and prefer them, feel free to use them.

3. Dress for the weather

4. Cycling Helmet

5. Cycling Gloves

6. Water

7. Snacks

8. Any medications you require

9. Sunscreen!

10. A spare tube
